Fitness Vitness Uh Uh.

Hi hi! :D I have to tell you where I am right now - in my bliss corner aka in my aunt's place - my most favoritest bestest person in the whole wide world. *Yea, I know. Its all wrong English, but then I really had to tell you that she is my most favoritest bestest person in the whole wide world.* 

Okay so you guys do notice I haven't done any fitness update posts recently? That's because there is nothing to update. But just a lot of random updates on fitness. Like,

I ain't doing just one fitness programme, I am doing three of them now - all Jillian's - Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.

I realized that my muscles too, like me, have an attention span of a gold fish -_- They get used to/lose interest in as less as two weeks -_- And that if I ain't pretty sore after a workout, if I am not feeling challenged to do something, or, if a workout has secretly become my favorite and I don't dread it, there's no point in doing it at all. 

So I downloaded a bunch of 10 minute videos from Youtube, focusing on all different muscle groups. FitSugar TV is a nice option, check it out. And then I carved out a time table every Sunday for the days till next Sunday. One Jillian workout, two 10-minute-workouts for a specific muscle group and cardio blast for 10 minutes. I have been doing this for the past 15 days, and I lost 2 kgs just like that. I am now plateauing at the last 3 kg. But then, I ain't really bothered about my weight anymore. I am aiming for the toned look, which, is far challenging to achieve than losing kilograms. 
You've got to constantly challenge yourself with variety, there's no single shot way of losing weight. Period.
Let me just say, I am reborn every morning around 11 AM.  My heart flies off the roof during cardio, muscles go into involuntary screaming all through the strength and umm, my abs? This girl is on fire. 

And hello, diet. I read this amazing book called Don't Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight, and by far, that's one of the most wonderful things I have done for myself. Please go get yourself a copy and let Rujuta Diwekar help you tone and look absolutely awesome and more. *One of my friend's mommy lost 30kg in 6 months by following that book to the T and also some swimming and walking* 
So let me repeat it for you, weight loss is 70% diet and 30% workouts. You can eat your way through any amount of exercise.

So that's about it. I shall update you as and when I see the need to do it. I shall also review the workout dvds okay?
