Fitness Motivation

9:45 AM: Tea
10:15 AM: *Insert typical South Indian break fast*
From 10:45 AM to 1 AM *yes, you read that right*, I am gorging on anything from burgers to sandwiches to desserts to rice to salads to OMG!

Thanks to all these, I have gone a lil plump. Oh yea, didn't workout at all.

Oh wait, I am at my aunt's place by the way :D you all know her well by now don't you?

So I thought I'll post some fitness motivation - for you and myself too, what with Monday, a new week ;)

There is some motivation, and some helpful information :)
