Oscar Awards 2013 : Red Carpet Star Spotting

Oscars are like the fairy tales of the fashion world. The flow-y gowns, the tuxedos, the lipsticks, all the flaunting! I could sit all day and pass the *ahem* expert *ahem* comments :D So without further ado, let me take you on a tour! *Though its post two days ;)*

Anne Hathaway in a Prada, baby pink and high neck. I like the silver detailing, but I don't really like the fit. I mean, its just plain cut and simple. 

Amy Adams in Oscar De La Renta. Boy, how I love this gown! Its princessy, so so princessy. The hair bun and the soft tendrils make her ethereal and fun ^_^ 

Jennifer Garner in a Gucci. I love the color on her and the sweetheart neckline goes in hand with the ruffles at the back. Likey!

Naomi Watts looks interesting in this silver shimmer dress, know? That neck line looks new and fresh though it does have a hint of weirdness may be?! I like how she hasn't gone overboard with accessories and stuck with an arm candy. 

Nicole Kidman in a L'Wren Scott. I honestly found this dress tacky. That is a lot of bling at so many places, I find it hard to concentrate. Also the ruffle at the bottom, umm, did the designer run short of material?!

Amanda Seyfried in an Alexander McQueen, and yes, embellished. This, my friend, has got such a lovely queen-y feel to it know? Isn't the detailing so wonderful?! You go girl! 

Catherine Zeta in a gold Zuhair Murad. Trust gold to add in a touch of class and elegance. Me likes. 

Kristen Stewart looks fabulous in Reem Acra. The detailing steals my heart. Also the simple neckpiece adorning her. But darling, why you no give proper smile? Why you always arrogant baby? 

Jessica Chastain in an Armani Prive. This is simple and nice. If not for the silver-ish net, she would have probably looked like somebody gift wrapped her in golden color sheet :D I like the ruby-red lipstick. 

Jennifer Lawrence in a wonderful, wonderful Dior Couture gown! I saved this for the last for a reason - STUNNING! Its just so fabulous! *dies a little* This, IMO``, is the best Oscar gown 8) Thumbs up, darling 8)
