Not So Trashy Christian Louboutins

No, really. I am still in Birthday hangover, and then the vacation. I have a love-hate relationship with vacation. While I love the break from the routine and unlimited supply of junk and long drives, I absolutely hate the stress vacations put on my skin and hair. The change in temperature, water and sleep cycle has screwed them up, again. *Sigh* So, I have my excuses, okay?
If I had a penny for every time I logged into Blogger and hit 'New Post', I would have welcomed home a new pair of shoes by now.

Speaking of shoes, I came across these wise Christian Louboutins. Guess what? They are made of trash! Yea baby, you read it right!

The Ginza Trash, a collection of high heels, sneakers and hand bags, is decorated using stickers, stamps, metro maps, silk thread and the traditional Japanese Washi (paper). Yea, limited edition it is.

The theme is joyous too. It reflects the life of an ordinary employee, complete with cigarette butt, buttons, currency and the maps.

Who else remembers Anuj Sharma's Metal Can Dress and the Tin dress?

Isn't it amazing how there is so much of inspiration around us?

Let me know what you think :)
