Ponds White Beauty Blogger Contest

Its that time of the year again! Christmas is just around the corner, and its going to be a new year in no time :D Then comes January,  the month where almost three years ago, I started off blogging! And like always, I am starting off contests and giveaways right from December. 

Here's the first contest in association with Pond's :)

Personally, I am not a fan of fairness products. I mean I don't believe fairness is a measure of beauty -_- . Since I have super oily skin, pigmentation and pimple scars are eternally my concern. The only reason I am giving this a shot is because it claims to lighten the scars. Plus, my bestie with similar skin type swears by this for scar reduction. 

So, I'll be using this for a period of three weeks starting today, and give you guys I review at the end of it :)

  1. I believe that our healthy skin is a reflection of our inner strength...
    So to flaunt glowing skin at depest cell level, the most essential thing I do is to work on my THOUGHT PROCESS that means I make an attempt of not getting stressed for petty matters in daily life.....Secondly, wholesome diet planned as per my body's requirements is religiously eaten without any excuse to skip any of my meals.... lastly, a gentle 5-minute CTM routine (using trusted skin care products) to pamper my skin is sufficient to let the skin breath n smile.Other than this regular skin care regimen, when i'm in a hurry i prefer rubbing a mixture of milk cream and haldi powder for instant supple feel and freshness on my face as well as other body parts. And hence I enjoy savings for not buying expensive beauty products as well as get compliments from everyone :)

    A wonderful giveaway...
    Beauty, as the saying goes, is only skin deep. But the importance of healthy and beautiful skin goes a lot deeper...Skin remains healthy when u r happy...So my basic funda is to keep myself occupied with work that made me feel happy...My secret receipe for healthy skin includes a Green Tea in which anti oxidants helps to make my skin more radiating...I usually avoid using too much makeup but ends up in my kitchen for certain beauty hacks..One of my favourite among them which i does almost every alternative day is Mix besan with tomato, curd, honey, lemon juice, and rose water. Apply this mixture and wash off with water after 30 minutes. Avoid using soap....It leads to a healthy and glowing skin...
    I believe everything else works only when u feel happy,u feel smiling..So the greatest and bestest recepie is to keep yourself happy which will itself keep u more youthful and energetic...

    nice giveaway:) so whats makes my skin oh-so-beautiful is the aloe vera plant.Yes !! aloe vera plant is the miracle plant.it does wonders to my skin :) there is this aloe vera plant in my building.i apply the gum/gel of the aloe vera leaves on my face The result is well moisturized, glowing and flawless skin :) it prevents the skin from drying !! it actually works .everyone should try it .!!

    My tip for healthy skin is ..

    You must exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. If you have skin problem like acne, psoriasis and rosacea take ample precautions before exercising1, but don’t let skin problems hinder your active life. Exercise helps to increase blood circulation that itself boosts skin health. ☺

    The tip to healthy skin would be a regular clean-up at a good parlor. ('Cause you know there can be some shortcomings when you try it yourself) Atleast doing it once a month worked miracles for me.
    And be sure that you clean your hands thoroughly before touching your face! Oh yes, that does make a lot of difference!
    Last but most important..Don't forget to moisturize before sleeping!!
    Follow this regime along with healthy diet and lots of water to a flawless beautiful skin :)

    Another recipe of mine for Healthy Skin is to follow my CTM i.e Cleaning,Toning and Moisturising Routine Daily....Along with it having ample of water which hydrates my skin and helps it to retain the healthiness of my skin...

  7. Namitha i feel that in my kitchen,there r millions of ways which can help us to make our skin look more radiant and beautiful...
    Some of them are as follows which are passed on to me by my mother,grand mother...
    1-Apply raw honey directly on skin. Let it dry naturally and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. The water content in honey will moisturize the skin, making it soft and supple.
    2-Rub a raw potato daily on your face to get glowing, flawless and clear skin.
    3-My grandmother always says that what matters most for healthy skin is not what you put on it, but what you eat: A healthy diet with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lots of water is best for healthy skin...
    4-Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices, and rub them thoroughly all over your face. Leave it for overnight and rinse with warm water in the morning.
    5-Simply replace normal face wash with coconut oil and see smoother, clearer skin...

  8. My skin care tip is first of all is to be happy and stay away from stress
    secondly, equal quatity of lemon juice, glycerine n rose water. Make a mixture and apply whenever u want. Its soo good, tested.
    Thirdly,Proper cleaning and lots of water, as much as you can drink
    Lastly, Balanced diet like green veggie and fruits.

  10. Hi! Here's another tip from my side :)

    Start your day by drinking 1 glass of warm water mixed with a dash of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey on an empty stomach. This fights cellulite and clears your skin from within ! A mixture of lemon juice and honey reduces blemishes & acquire glowing skin ! 😄
