I have gotten obsessed with The Secret! Whoa! That stuff works :D I can't wait to make a post on how effective and wonderful it is :) For those of you who don't know, expect a full fledged post soon. Those of you that know, here is a quote:

With this optimism, lets get on to today's review :) *Yea, I am feeling very very good :) I am radiating smiles ain't I? :P OKAY! Lame jokes too ^_^ :D*
Though Himalaya Neem Face Wash has been my staple, I sort of have a love-hate relationship with its fragrance. That is when I bought my first ever Pond's product. You see, there much aclaimed Woogly Woogly Woosh terribly breaks me out, I was apprehensive. But after reading quite a lot of good reviews, I am glad I bought it home :)

What does the company claim?
100% soap free. The first step in facial care is soft, smooth skin. For clean and soft skin that glows. Suitable for normal, dry, oily and combination skin types.
How it works?
Thoroughly cleanses without leaving slippery feeling on skin.
Cleans skin. 100 soap free** formula with rich lather penetrates and removes deep rooted dirt, leaving your skin cleaner and smoother.
Gentle on skin. Active cleansing system cleans gently and cares for skin better than soap.
Results: Clean, soft and glowing skin.
**=Soap free washing preparation with organic surface active ingredients.
Usage: Splash face with water and apply face-wash on face and neck. Rinse off. Pat dry. If face-wash gets into eyes, rinse well with water.

OKAY! So I have been using this face wash from almost two weeks and its a mixed review.
The face wash comes in this white tube with a green flip cap which is leaf-shaped. How cute is that! Let me tell you, its a pain in the wrong place to flip it open. Its VERY tight and if you plan on opening it with wet slippery fingers, good luck failing :D
But this aspect makes it travel friendly :)
The face wash itself is translucent whitish(?!), rich and creamy. A few drops of water and rub your palms, you end up with a nice, rich lather ^_^ And the fragrance is so divine ^_^ Hmm..I easily lose myself in the amazing Pond's typical odour ^_^ Very refreshing, very comforting :) I like how I smell after washing my face :P
I usually use normal room temperature water (or is it tank temperature?!) to wash face. And well, even though it cleans my skin well, it does leave a slippery feel :| I.Hate.That.Very.Much.
I don't face this problem when I use warm water. But hey! Even though I have access to warm water all through the day (Thank God for Solar powered heaters :P), I honestly don't have the patience to wait till the warm water jets out. (What? Before we get warm water, at least half a bucket of room temp. water will flow out :P)
It neither removes kajal traces (well it didn't claim to). It hasn't broken me out. Also, it doesn't dry out my skin :) Now that I am on acne medication, my skin has turned combination type and gotten very sensitive. I am using lesser moisturizer when I use this face wash. Obviously, my skin isn't going dry.
All in all, its a mixedd bag. I like it cuz it cleans my skin well, doesn't break me out, keeps me moisturized (a lil) and smells so yumm.Also, its freakin' economical. You just need a tiny peanut size of the product for a rich lather. I just wish it didn't leave back the slippery cast.
Will I re-purchase?
Well not really. I am planning on experimenting with the other face washes of Pond's.
On a totally different note, I am having a great hair day today! :D YAY! me :) Thought of sharing a picture ;)
