On the way back to being HOT! 8)

Well hello my chicas! :*

I am writing this post with a pink cheek :D No no, no blush on my face, neither the blood rush cuz of him nor any make up ;) I just worked out for like thirty bloody minutes and I feel so good OWW!! :D

Yeah I know, its no big deal *rolls eyes* . But for me, it freakin' is :) After all the excuses, and I-don't-have-time rants, I have finally chalked out time for myself :) Thanks to many many articles I read on the Mighty Internet, and lot of self talk, I am back on track 8) I am not a morning person. Wrong. If I keep giving that excuse, I won't become any fitter for the next three years. My college timings are like that. I'll have to wake up just an hour earlier than usual, and I prefer that than the self nagging that follows!

And honestly, today, like minutes ago I felt the awesome feel of working out. You know, those tumblr girls in high heels on treadmills with that FUCK YEAH! face? :P *I wonder how they work out with high heels and open hair :o With bare feet and hair tied up high in an ultra funny bun, I am sweating like a pig. And just so you know, I am stinking too :D Yes, I am gross 8) :D*

So yeah, I have realized that cribbing won't pull a Kim Kardashian *Christ! She is so hot!*


And also, being fit is the only big thing on my head right now. No exams, no PMS, no periods and stress will matter from now on :) I know I will be undergoing pathetic muscle sore in a day or two and it will show its honorable presence for 3-4 days, but that is OK. I prefer that than regret and You-are-such-a-lazy-ass-Namita, seriously! *That was my brain BTW!*

I had told you what all I would be doing in my post here. I did all that, but had utilized just 15 minutes. *With zero time waste 8)*. So while jogging on spot, I Youtube-ed and found this. *Very awkward a view to jog and use the computer :D*
I like the way she interacts, and also the exercises are pretty simple. I promise, you'll realize the presence of every single muscle in your body :P

I will be updating this section a LOT in the coming days. Diet plans, what I did, what is working, what is not :) The only way to lose weight is to move that ass and work out. I don't want to sound rude, but yes, just cribbing and writing resolutions and making justifiable excuses won't make the flab vanish. Not to mention, the older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight, and firming up skin is not very easy. *Life is hard, I know ;)*

While you are at it, keep in mind to drink A LOT of water, and be hydrated. Fruit juices are always healthy. *Check on sugar though* Make healthy choices, and every time you crave for something, drink water. Usually cravings go away in like five minutes. Remember to reward yourself with every tiny goal you achieve :) Most importantly, love your body :) After all, you live in it :)

    the older you get, its get harder to loose weight.
    I am still a student and i religiously exercise coz i put on weight easily. once, i get lazy then it becomes really difficult to get back on the track again..
